Hidden Valley Four Seasons Resort, KDKA Television and their sister station
Pittsburgh’s CW have joined together to present the second annual Family
SnowBlast January 22 through 31. The event will celebrate the winter season and
feature events for skiers and snowboarders as well as indoor and outdoor
attractions for those who are not winter sports enthusiasts.
Guests will have a chance to
meet and greet their favorite KDKA TV on-air personalities throughout the week.
Jeff Verszyla, Ken Rice, Kristine Sorensen, Bob Pompeani, Jennifer Antkowiak,
Ross Guidotti, Jim Lokay, Rick Dayton, and Jon Burnett are all slated to be participating, hosting and
enjoying events throughout the ten day event.
If you have ever wondered what
goes on behind the scenes at a television station, you can see first hand when
Pittsburgh Today Live is broadcast in part at the resort on both Fri., Jan. 22
and Fri., Jan. 29. Watch as several stories are filmed at Hidden Valley.
Have fun in the snow while helping patients and their families during the
annual Family SnowBlast. The Family Life Fund of Children's Hospital of
Pittsburgh has joined in the winter excitement with family fun and activities on
the weekends as well as concerts to help benefit families coping while having to care
for a hospitalized child.
