Future Plans

The Valley's Future Looks Bright.

With new ownership comes change. And in this case, it's a change for the better. Hidden Valley Four Seasons Resort is a work in progress, and we have big plans for the future. Our plans include significant improvements to the lodge, a gated community of homes, condos and townhouses, new snow guns and pipes, and much, much more.

Our plans call for significant improvements to the lodging and recreational amenities at Hidden Valley and includes new residential and commercial development on adjacent land previously acquired by Buncher – totaling approximately 820 contiguous acres. Jack Johnson, of Jack Johnson Company of Park City, Utah, an architecture firm specializing in world-class resort and residential development, presented the working plan with renderings of key components proposed for the project over the next 3 years.

The centerpiece of the proposed new development at Hidden Valley: The Village, featuring a 200,000-square-foot base lodge/condominium complex with state-of-the-art ski services. The new lodge/condo would replace a portion of the existing ski lodge. In carrying out its vision, Buncher is working to preserve the integrity of the resort community, to enhance the beauty of its natural surroundings, and to continue its family orientation. Buncher's adjacent acreage is the future site of Paradise Springs, a gated community of homes, condos and townhomes.

Other renovations to the resort and ski facilities for the winter season include:

  • four new roofs
  • new paint on the interior and exterior of the buildings
  • new carpeting; new doors
  • new signage and lighting
  • refurbished restrooms
  • repaved roads and parking lots
  • new ramps to improve access for the disabled.

The Four Seasons Condominiums also received fresh coatings of paint, and 38 rooms are being refurnished. On the technology front, all lodge facilities now have wireless Internet service.
