Individuals and families looking to own a home at Hidden Valley Resort have a new option.
Hidden Valley has announced the development of Green Tee, a planned community
nestled within the resort’s 18 hole golf course. This community of single family
homes is the first to be planned under the new ownership.
Located in the area surrounded by the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th holes of the
golf course, the first Green Tee lots available for purchase in Phase One of the
community’s development range from approximately one-half to three-quarters of
an acre. Lot prices begin at $85,000 and are available for purchase through
Hidden Valley Resort.
Future homeowners who purchase a lot in the Green Tee community may select the
builder of their choice for home construction. A list of suggested and qualified
builders is also available. Green Tee will be a part of the Hidden Valley
Foundation homeowners association, so new homeowners will be able to take
advantage of all of the amenities and benefits offered by the foundation. Some
of the perks include use of the South Ridge Center and Highlands Center which
feature heated outdoor pools, recreation areas and tennis courts. Green Tee is
also within close proximity of all of the resort’s many activities and
attractions, including skiing, fishing, restaurants, a spa and more.
