- A deposit of 50% of
the room rental is required at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- A Friday or Saturday night reservation may be cancelled only upon a minimum
advance notice of 14 days prior to the check-in date.
If such notice is provided, 100% of advance rental payments and security
deposits will be refunded. Cancellations with less than the required advance
notice will result in forfeiture of 100% of advance rental payments, fees and
security deposits.
