Spacious Surroundings
Our flexible function space offers the tools you need to allow your group to focus on the business goals you need to achieve while still providing a warm intimate setting. With 12 meeting rooms and more than 16,000 square feet of meeting space, Hidden Valley can accommodate small to medium groups of 6 to 250 people. From the 3,675 square foot Alpine Room to a variety of rooms for break-out sessions or smaller functions, the resort can handle multiple seating configurations including classroom, theatre, reception and banquet.
Communication
In today's world communication is everything – no matter where you are in the conference center, including all meeting rooms, you will have access to complimentary wireless internet service. We also offer all of the typical needs including audio and visual equipment such as flat screen TVs, LCD data projectors, projector screens, etc. Of course, we also have flip charts, sound systems, and DVD players available.
