* Junior rates apply to ages 17 and under.
** College rates apply to students ages 18-22 with a minimum of 12 credits per semester. Must present a current class schedule and student ID when picking up your pass

In order to receive the listed price for a discount period, payment must be received by Hidden Valley Resort by the respective date.

General Policies
All purchases are final and non-transferable. No refunds, credits or substitutions of any kind will be issued if season passes are not picked up.
Hidden Valley Four Seasons Resort (“Hidden Valley Resort”) makes no representation as to the number of trails or lifts that will be open when the ski area is open, nor does Hidden Valley Resort make any representation as to the condition of the trails which are open.
Hidden Valley Resort may utilize for any legitimate purpose any photograph, videotape, digital recording, or any other recording of my, or that of a participant under the age of 18 for whom I have signed this form, use of Hidden Valley Resort’s facilities. I hereby waive any proprietary interest that I may have in such photographs, videotapes, digital records, or other recordings.
If I (i) transfer a season pass, other than a corporate pass, to any person; (ii) transfer discount book coupons to any person; (iii) transfer a lift ticket to any person; (iv) fail to abide by the rules or regulations of Hidden Valley Resort; or (v) engage in conduct not in the best interests of Hidden Valley Resort or its patrons, then Hidden Valley Resort may revoke my season pass or discount book. In addition, Hidden Valley Resort, at its sole discretion, may deny my right to purchase a season pass in future years. If a season pass is misplaced or lost, I may purchase, one time, a new pass for a fee of $25.00.
I agree that I will not participate in the sport of skiing or snowboarding while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
I agree that I will abide by and obey all notices that may be posted from time to time by Hidden Valley Resort which may pertain to my responsibilities as a skier or snowboarder.
I agree that I will not ski or snowboard out of control, out of bounds, or too fast for conditions, and I will not perform inverted aerials, recklessly engage in jumping, aerials, or any dangerous activity.
I agree that I will ski or snowboard only on authorized trails and slopes when marked as “open” and not ski or snowboard off trails, in the woods, or on unlighted trails at night.
I acknowledge that under the Pennsylvania Skier’s Responsibility Act, 43 Pa. C. S. § 7102 ©, I assume the risk of injury while skiing and snowboarding at Hidden Valley Resort.
I further acknowledge and agree that my failure to obey any of the above conditions, or any misstatement of fact on this application, is cause for revocation of my skiing and snowboarding privileges without refund for the balance of the skiing and snowboarding season, and cause for being denied skiing and snowboarding privileges at Hidden Valley Four Seasons Resort in future years.
