Ski Rentals Include: Skis, Boots and Poles

Snowboard Rentals Include: Snowboard and Boots

Individual pieces of equipment (e.g. boots) cannot be rented separately.

Helmet Rentals

In order to stay safe on the slopes and have a great snowsports experience, we recommend all skiers and riders wear a helmet when skiing or riding and to also ski or ride in a controlled and responsible manner by following Your Responsibility Code, developed by the National Ski Area Association.

Ski and Snowboard Rental Information

• – Rentals issued only with a valid ski ticket at the Hidden Valley Rental Center.
• Slope access is permitted only during chairlift operating hours and with valid lift ticket or season pass
• – Holiday rates are in effect Dec. 17, 2021 – Jan. 3, 2022; Jan. 14-17 and Feb. 18-21, 2022.
• – All prices subject to change without notice.
• – Individual pieces of equipment (e.g. boots) cannot be rented separately.

Ski and Snowboard Rental Procedures

• 1. Online advance reservations are required before you arrive at the resort. Day of in-person rentals are $10 more!
• 2. Please be ready to present you pre purchased rental barcode (printed out or on your mobile device) to the door greeter, cashier, boot counter attendant and ski/snowboard technician.
• 3. If one family member purchased all of the barcodes for the whole group please make plans to share those barcodes with each individual because everyone will need their own barcode throughout the rental process.
• 4. When arriving to the resort please be dressed to be on the snow. Due to Covid–19 and social distancing restrictions on the rental center you may be required to wait in line outside the rental shop
• 5. Please move the rental shop as efficiently as possible and if you can please split up with your group with the objective of spending as little time indoors as possible.
• 6. The rental shop will now feature a one directional flow throughout your experience. Please follow the designated floor arrows for skiing and snowboarding gear.
• 7. Don’t forget to prepurchase your basket check with your rentals! (basket check is now located right across from the rental shop exist doors.

Returning Rental Equipment

• 1. Rental returns will now enter the rental shop through the back door located by the skier services circle (look for the big red rental return signs)
• 2. You will be asked to follow the floor directional arrows to complete your returns (boots are to be dropped off as soon as you enter, then proceed to the snowboard or ski queuing area to leave your skis/snowboard with an attendant. Next, drop your helmet off in the no contact helmet return window, lastly, hang up your poles, and we will see you on the mountain again soon!)
• 3. All returned rental gear will be disinfected and dried with the use of electrostatic sprayers.

Ski & Snowboard Check

Hidden Valley’s ski and snowboard check is a great way to enjoy a day on the slopes without hauling your equipment around or worrying about leaving it unattended! So if you want to simply check your skis or snowboard while you get a bite to eat, a helpful ski and snowboard check attendant will keep an eye on your belongings.
