Weather and Ski Conditions

 

Good morning from the Valley! It’s a great day to get out there early. After a mostly-dry and comfortable start, afternoon showers will be rolling through. Grab your favorite waterproof gear and spend the day with us. We're open from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. today.

 

The grooming team made a full overnight pass, setting us up with a soft, groomed granular surface to start the day. You’ll find a loose, forgiving feel this morning that gradually turns wetter as showers move through. Expect softer, splashier snow this afternoon with increasing variability heading into the latter half of the day. As showers taper later on, surfaces may settle back toward a more consistent wet granular feel for the final laps of the evening. Stingray and glades areas are closed. Remember to be mindful of changing conditions and variability through the day.

 

It’s currently 46° on the mountain with cloudy skies, fog and calm winds. Cloud cover will hold firm through the morning with mild temps building into the upper 40s. The day gradually turns wetter as the afternoon arrives with periods of rain developing around lunchtime and continuing into tonight. Showers will linger into Friday morning before tapering off. By Friday afternoon, the weather begins to settle down as cooler air works back in for a calm Saturday.

 

A developing system brings a welcome return to winter Sunday, with snow showers through the day and continuing into Monday. After a dry but chilly Tuesday, another midweek disturbance approaches with the chance for a mix of precipitation around Wednesday.
